New to our line in 2021! This is a product that is a hard Bubble Bath. Either chop up the ice cream scoop and put in a strainer/sieve and run hot water over to create bubbles or put the solid ice cream scoop or two in a strainer/sieve under running hot water to produce lots of bubbles. Then agitate the water even more to create even more bubbles. Sold by the single package that contains 2 ice cream scoops!
