If you have ever been wondering, some days I miss the hectic days of Christmas Markets but sadly, that just isn't in the cards anymore ... hence the picture of knee pain. I can remember the last few years at the Vancouver Christmas Market, I was requesting my booth close to the entrance (so we didn't have to haul heavy packages too far to set up and so I didn't have to walk too far into the market daily). Many years ago, I had a horse riding accident that just did terrible things to my knees. I've been suffering with the pain for about 25 years now and time has not been it's friend. This past month I was wait listed for knee replacement surgery on both knees and I am looking forward to regaining some mobility and strength that has been missing for the entire time that I have had this small business.
But as much as the knees will be a continued distraction for awhile yet, it is my goal to make my products more accessible to you in 2027. We are getting ready for our move into the NEW house in January! We are already exploring workshop alternatives to add to the property (so that I get my workshop and sales space on the property) so that's very exciting too. I love this idea of having everything all on one property. You can come find me, see my workspace and experience the beauty of where I now live.
As always, I am deeply grateful for your support with online orders while we get the home sales/workshop figured out for 2027. I am so pleased that my longstanding customers have stuck with me and that new customers are finding me online! Each order is so important and means the world! THANK YOU!!
Great things are to come! Stay warm friends and sending all of my love!
