Happy Summer! I came across an article the other day that insisted that soaking in the tub is an amazing way to reduce stress, relieve pain and even burn calories. And it's a great way to cool down too, if needed! During the past 16 months, I have been acutely aware of ways that we need to provide that care of self to include ways to de-stress ... hence why I expanded my line to include more bath bombs, hard bubble bath (the bubble bars) and more soaps.
