It's Pumpkin Season!
Hello friends! It's almost Thanksgiving and I don't know about you, but I've already had my taste of my first pumpkin pies and pumpkin cookies. It's the time of cozy fires in the fireplace and cuddling up under a warm blanket while watching only slightly scary movies. Of course I've already lit my Pumpkin Coffee candles along with some Spiced Cranberry candles on the side! Dark evenings make for perfect candle burning sessions.
I only have two shows to attend this upcoming holiday season. I'll be in Victoria at the Pearkes Community Center November 8th, 9th and 10th and then at the local Beaver Point Hall Christmas Market here on Salt Spring Island the first weekend of December. Of course, you can always order online and this is the year where that is definitely picking up. I strongly encourage you to order early if you are ordering online, simply because it is still just me making your orders for you while supplies last.
After this blog, in fact, I am off to start making Christmas items for the upcoming sales. Peppermint bath bombs, Woodland Whisper candles and the cutest soaps are on my list of things to get made for you. It's going to be a wonderous season and the only question this year is when exactly will I put up my Christmas tree?
In the spirit of Thanksgiving next weekend I do want to always remain mindful and grateful for the creative little life that you have made it able for me to live. I can remember people commenting on how the shop at the Forks was the dream, or the shop on Granville Island was the dream but the truth is that this peaceful little life on Salt Spring Island is the dream. A place where I can relax and create at my own pace to my own tastes is the dream while being able to share it with you all. I look forward to sharing my creations with you, as I always do! And of course, I am always grateful for you continued support and love. Thank you from the depths of my heart!
