Happy July to everyone!  The blog this month is a little tardy.  What can I say but I've been busy... or maybe distracted is a better excuse? lol Online sales have been solid and Market days (when sunny) have been busy and prosperous.   Thank you to everyone who has continued to support my small business and help me find my way through these times.  I am still in the process of finding what my new normal will be and your kind words, visits and continued support helps me so very much.  It just gives me the strength to keep trying...

And what a start it's been.  The Interlake region (which Gimli is a part of) got washed away in one of our biggest rain/wind storms and we are told that it isn't nearly as bad as they were expecting.  Trees were uprooted, basements were swamped, roads were washed out (yet again) and general mayhem ensued.  It was a week of managing the rain and the aftermath, that is for sure. May is here!  With the easing of the restrictions of winter that May should bring and life in general, there is much discussion in my household of what 2022 will look like as far as reaching customers.  Of course, there is always online and I thank you for all the continued support in that area.  This will be a huge force of the business moving forward now and in the years ahead. Happy March to you all! It's so nice to have March arrive finally!  There have been lots of huddling under blankets and trying to stay warm in these super cold, dark, short days of January and February.  I am so excited that the sun is coming up at 7 am now (instead of 8 am) and the change has happened relatively quickly which gives me great hope for Summer arriving sooner rather than later.  This cold has been brutal.  Mentally, not being able to or wanting to go outside for any length of time has taken it's toll.  I miss...
